These sessions are designed for international directors and managers within an organization and for international entrepreneurs.

The aim of the sessions is to enhance effectiveness at the individual, team and organizational levels.

The Executive coaching sessions help leaders on two levels:

On individual goals: by supporting them in getting clear and detailed on their goals and gain awareness into how their needs, beliefs and values drive their behaviors at work.

On organizational goals: by helping leaders gain clarity on what their organization defines as success and on how they are perceived in the light of that definition.

These sessions are designed for diplomats and UN executives.

The aim of the sessions is to enhance effectiveness at the individual, team and organizational levels.
