The Diploma level course enables you to acquire and experiment with the 11 core coaching competencies and introduces you to the basics of a powerful coaching conversation. It is an 85-hour course which meets the ICF training requirements for accreditation at the ACC (Associate Certified Coach) level.
It is designed for those who are new to professional coaching and for managers and professionals interested in integrating their personal and professional competencies with effective coaching skills.
The Professional level course is a second level 60-hour training program. It enables you to acquire the main theories and tools for your personal and professional development. It includes experimentation in a coach-coachee relationship for increased efficacy and confidence.
In this course we will explore a number of theories on human dynamics and working techniques required for the improvement of a coach’s skills in dealing with different issues.
The course is designed for directors, managers and entrepreneurs who have already acquired the core coaching competencies and who wish to reach a Professional level of training.

The need to start a business due to scarce work opportunities or launching a startup to emulate winning models are examples of “extrinsic motivation”, which if not managed and brought to awareness, will fail to translate into “intrinsic” and will weaken the possibility of success and the necessary resilience to overcome the normal difficulties which the launch of a new business entails.
